Hussl.

It's difficult to find like-minded people to talk about startup ideas. Hussl is solving this problem by providing a dedicated social platform for entrepreneurial minds to connect and discuss ideas. Hussl is built on Ruby On Rails.

Features implemented

• Browsing features for problems, solutions and pitches
• PWA structure
• AJAX for "like" and "collaborate" buttons
• Action Cable for comments, notifications and chat features
• Devise gem for user registration and sessions
• Collaboration feature (accept/reject collaboration requests)
• Capability to embed links
• Bookmarks feature for users to save posts to ponder later on
• Leaderboard feature for gamification

• Pitched project idea and project was successfully selected
• Project was built within 2 weeks alongside 3 other developers using Agile methodology
• Coded front-end and back-end, deployed to Heroku using Git/GitHub
• Paid great attention to front-end details
• Created high quality seeds
• Utilised Cloudinary for media storage
• Presented app on Le Wagon Demo Day
